Smith Foundry's 43rd Annual United Way Campaign

In September of 2016 Smith Foundry kicked off its 43rd Greater Twin Cities United Way campaign and it was another huge success. Employee energy ran high and their commitment to serving our community allowed us to set records for both employee participation and total monetary contributions. We are pleased to report that the final tabulation for this year’s campaign exceeded $25,000, which is the highest since we became a United Way partner over 4 decades ago.

It has been our long-held belief that we all have a social responsibility to support our communities and to help those who are less fortunate and in need. We at Smith feel fortunate that we have been able to help make a positive difference in the communities where we live and work. We remain committed to to being a good neighbor, to serving our community, and to being an active participant in helping improve the lives of others.

We are proud to be a partner with the Greater Twin Cities United Way and look forward to our continued involvement in supporting the great work the United Way has done in the past and will continue to do in the future. We are also proud and thankful to have an extremely dedicated staff of employees, who through their giving and volunteerism, have helped make our community a better place to live and work.
